Help — getting started

Help & getting started

The GigHound application is live at app.gighound.net — you can create an account and sign in there. The rest of this page answers the questions people actually ask. Anything else: ask a human.

Next real task

Start where you are

Evaluating GigHound?

Run the proposal workshop — it shows the drafting step as it works in template mode, labels and limits included. Then read how the approval step works.

Checking platform support?

The integrations page says exactly what is verified (today: no platform permission on file). Check there before assuming any platform path exists.

Ready to use the app?

Sign in at app.gighound.net. Questions a sign-in page can't answer: ask a human — a real inbox.

Have a question or a problem?

Support runs through the same intake service with trackable receipt states — check a submitted request anytime on the status page.

Workshop questions

Workshop questions

Is the workshop draft written by an AI model?
No. It is assembled by a fixed, versioned template (gighound-workshop-v1) from the brief text and your selections. It is labeled “Template draft — not AI-generated” on the page and inside the draft itself.
Does what I paste into the workshop go anywhere?
No. The workshop runs entirely in your browser. Brief text is never transmitted, stored on a server or shared — closing the tab discards it.
Can the workshop send my proposal to a client or platform?
No. Nothing is sent anywhere from the demo page, ever. Reviewing, editing and sending are always separate, human acts.
Why does the demo not use a real language model?
A real model mode needs approved data handling, cost and rate limits, measured output quality, and honest failure behavior. Until those exist, the deterministic template is the demo — the same labeled mode the product itself uses when no model is available.
