Product — verified flow
How it works: the approval step is the product
This page describes what the app actually does — from a real read of the code and its test suite on 2026-09-17. Where something couldn't be verified, we say so.
01 — The flow
The flow, step by step
- Draft. A proposal draft gets put together — from a template, or with AI assistance where whoever set it up configured one. Either way the draft parks as “pending review”. It can't move on by itself.
- Your review. Approving takes a named reviewer — anonymous approvals don't count. You can only approve drafts that are actually pending; bulk approval works the same way and skips anything that isn't ready.
- Audit log. Every approval records who approved and when, and saves the exact text as approved. If you edit an approved draft, it goes back to pending review and the previous approval is cleared — an approval never quietly survives an edit.
- Export / submission. The code only lets an approved draft move toward submission, and only through a guarded handoff. Whether any specific platform submission is even allowed is a separate question of agreements with the platform — see the integrations page for the honest, current answer: no platform permission is verified, so no submission path is advertised.
02 — Labeled for what they are
Drafts are labeled for what they are
When no AI model is available, the product says so. Drafts assembled offline are labeled in the review queue — “template draft — LLM offline” — and which generator made the draft is recorded on the draft itself and in the audit log. A fixed-template draft is never passed off as model output. The demo on this site runs in exactly that honest template mode.
03 — Deliberate limits
What is deliberately not automated
- Nothing goes out without your explicit, recorded approval.
- No approval comes from a script, a schedule, or an unnamed identity.
- There's no autopilot mode for anything that goes out.
- GigHound has no features for hiding automation from platforms, and this site doesn't describe any. If a platform's rules don't allow a path, that path just doesn't exist here.
04 — Where it stands
The app, today
The application is live at app.gighound.net (verified 2026-09-20) — sign in and use it there. What it can do on each platform still depends on each platform's permission (code isn't permission), and digest emails are logged, not sent, until email is set up. Anything unclear? Ask a human.
